Happy Friday!

Circles of Hope – New Class beginning Monday, September 10
Circles of Hope, an anti-poverty group, is gearing up to start its sixth class of Circle Learners beginning September 10. We meet weekly on Mondays, 5:30-7:30 pm @ the First United Methodist Church on the corner of Jackson and Main. Each week we begin with a free, delicious meal prepared by members of the Pratt Community and we have great free child care each week.  There is a 12-14 week long training orientation, learning about finances, how to set goals, and more. Then the Circle Learners are invited to continue on for 18 months as Circle Leaders. They continue their learning and are matched with an Ally from the community. This is someone who will walk alongside, supporting and befriending the Circle Leaders.

If you know someone in Pratt County who might benefit from being a part of Circles and are seeking to raise their level of financial stability, please contact the Hope Center 620.933.2166 with their name and contact info, so we can invite them to join Circles. Your encouragement regarding Circles would also be greatly appreciated.
