PRMC Cookbook – Cooking for a Cure
Feasting with family and friends is part of many holiday celebrations.  So, this is perfect timing to announce the arrival of a new PRMC Cookbook, Cooking for a Cure.  Printed by Morris Press Cookbooks of Kearney, Neb., profits will benefit the McFall Fund, which assists Pratt County cancer patients through the Pratt Health Foundation. Employees of Pratt Regional Medical Center have compiled their tastiest tried-and-true recipes into a single book that will be treasured for generations to come. This mouth-watering cookbook contains 289 recipes – everything you need from appetizers to desserts. Cookbooks are available for sale at the Indoor Farmers Market on December 8th from 3p-6p at the Municipal Building.  Also at the PRMC cafeteria on Thursday, December 13 from 11:30 – 1 P.M.  Cookbooks will have a discounted price at the two events of $13 a piece or 2 for $25.  After December 13th Cooking for a Cure will be $15 each and available at the PRMC Gift Shop, or Administration Office. We will be accepting checks or cash, no cards accepted.

These spaces are also helping to prepare those who need the critical 21st century skills in the fields of science, technology, engineering, art & math (STEAM). Makerspaces are also fostering entrepreneurship & are being utilized as incubators for business startups. The Maker Zone @ Pratt Public Library is open to all ages Monday-Wednesday 10 am-5 pm. After hours crafting class are also held on many Tuesday nights.
