The Front Porch Open House

The Front Porch  –  115 E Fourth Street
Come see Pratt’s new venue for seminars, meetings, and community! The Front Porch is a beautiful and warm atmosphere set in a fun coffee house theme. It seats up to 100 around cafe tables, has a great sound system and video capabilities ready to go. Come walk through and see the renovation and hear about the future vision of the Front Porch. Tours and refreshments will be ready to go!

Spoonful of Sugar
Tuesday, July 16 – 10:30 am
Join us for a collaborative class presented by 4H, Pratt Public Library and the Filley Art Museum to decorate your very own wooden “spoon full of sugar.” All supplies will be provided. We will all meet at Pratt Public Library for the art activity with your spoon, then while they dry we will walk over to the FIlley Museum for a brief tour and snack! The snack will be provided free of charge as well! Deadline to sign up is July 11th.

Participants will be able to pick up reading charts and begin reading on Wednesday, May 22.

Priscilla Greene will lead the group in discussing “Love Medicine” by Louise Erdrich. Books are available for checkout.

We will be showing movies the whole family can enjoy!
Children who have not attended Kindergarten must be accompanied by an adult.
 
Games for all ages
Every Wednesday 5:00 to 7:00 pm
Richard Robbins will lead this activity in the East Auditorium. There will be a diverse selection of tabletop games to choose from. Play some old favorites & learn some new ones!
 
Summer Maker Program
Participants can register at the table in the front of the library. They will receive a Maker Passport to have stamped as each project is completed. There will be weekly drawings as well as a grand prize drawing on July 31st.
 
Creating will take place during business hours @ the pace of the creator.
 
Movie Mondays
Mondays in July & August @ 7 pm
Beginning June 10th, we will be showing the Star Wars series in chronological order. Popcorn & water will be provided.
