We often hear about bad service, well it’s time to start rewarding good service! If you have received great customer service please let us know at the Chamber. We would like to start giving a monthly award to a person and their business for great customer service but we need YOU to tell us about your experience. Applications and Guidelines for the 2018 Season are now available at the Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce, the Peoples Bank, Pratt Public Library and the K-State Research and Extension Office. Forms are also available by visiting www.PrattKansas.org

2018 Miss Kansas Pageant Tickets
The 2018 Miss Kansas Preliminary and Final night competition tickets will go on sale, May 1,
2018 through Select-A-Seat outlets. You can purchase tickets by visiting www.selectaseat.com
or by visiting the Miss Kansas website at www.misskansas.org. Miss Kansas Competition
tickets may be purchased in the Miss Kansas Pageant Office during pageant week.

City Wide Garage Sale Mania!

The Pratt Chamber is partnering with KMMM the Mighty 1290 and the Pratt Tribune to host the first annual City Wide – Garage Sale Mania. You will receive a free garage sale sign, a listing on the Chamber website, your listing announced on KMMM AM 1290, listed in the Pratt Tribune and also on our online mobile map. Sign up by June 1, by calling Kim at the Chamber 620-672-5501. We are finalizing the details for this fun day in Pratt! There will be some hot summer sales around town and we will end the day with live music by some great local groups and a laser light show provided by Southwest Truck Parts at Merchants’ Park.

Permanent Collection Showcase
North Gallery
Saturday, March 24 – Saturday, September 29
This exhibition highlights pastels and photographs from the Dr. Vernon & Emily “Mimi” Filley Permanent Collection. The exhibition also features new works of art that were recently donated to the museum permanent collection. Several of these pieces have not yet been on display at the museum. The 7 newly accessioned works include: A Lithograph by R.C. Gorman that was donated to the museum in 2017 by Dr. James and Mary Ann Van Blaricum; a bronze sculpture by George Lundeen that was donated to the museum in 2017 by Pratt Glass (LeRoy and Susan Jones); a ceramic vase and bowl by Carol Long that was donated to the museum in 2016 by the Larrison Family and Dough Brehm; a bronze sculpture by Tim Joseph commissioned and donated to the museum by The Shinkle Family in 2015; a spirited gear sculpture by Luis Perez-Aguayo that was donated to the museum in 2018 by Dale Withers; and the Courtyard Iron Gates by Dustin Sypher, which were commissioned and donated to the museum in 2014 by Doug & Kay Knight.
 
Doug Herren Ceramics

The Doug Herren Ceramics exhibit will be supported in part by a grant from the Kansas Creative Arts Industries Commission, which receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. This exhibit has also been sponsored in part by PRMC and Sue Peachey Insurance.
