They are a place to hear the challenges, concerns, suggestions and ideas on a variety of topics.  There is not an expectation to solve the issue the evening of the discussion. The hope is to broaden people’s point of view, to get input from the community, and, potentially, develop some ideas toward problem-solving.  The focus of this discussion is employment in Pratt County from the perspective of both the employer and employees.  There will be a panel of people with brief presentations on the topic and then and opportunity for questions and answers. This is open to the community at large.
