Big View meetings are opportunities for members of the larger community to join Circle Leaders, Circles Allies, and staff in a discussion about topics that impact all of us.  The intent is to create an awareness of local issues and, potentially, to develop ways to address those issues. The topic of the upcoming Big View is Adverse Childhood Experiences, also referred to as ACEs.  ACEs include experiences that challenge the emotional and physical well-being of children.  Studies over the last 20 years are showing that about 67% of adults in all walks of life have had a least one traumatic experience (divorce, death, neglect, violence) in their childhood.   This can impact the physical health and general wellbeing of an adult years later which also has implications for communities.   We will be joined by a panel of people who will share thoughts and experiences on the topic.
